Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
These terms are subject to revision upon the discretion of Tink.PAYMENTS
There are two payment options: Payment Plan A and Payment Plan B:
[1] Payment Plan A - 100% full payment up front.
[2] Payment Plan B - 50% payment upfront, the remaining 50% must be made upon the sketch being approved.REVISIONS
Maximum of two (2) revisions at the sketching phase. Additional revisions past the sketching and coloring phase will have extra cost (10 USD per revision).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Work will be finished within 1-3 months (or more) depending on the communications between the Client and Tinkruwu. The finished work will be given to the client via e-mail or through a Google Drive folder.PERSONAL/COMMERCIAL USE
[1] Illustration commissions are by default for personal use. Any form of resale, commercial reproduction, or any form of commercial purposes is not allowed unless there is prior communication of using the illustration for a monetized or commercialized service/platform. For commercial purposes, you may state in your request whether you will be using the illustration for personal or commercial purposes. Please note that there is a commercial fee of 1.5x the original price for illustrations if it will be used on monetized platforms such as Youtube and Twitch.
[2] Emote commissions may be used for profit such as Twitch Subscriptions or Youtube Memberships. Client may commission a third party for animation as long as credit is given. If Client requests emotes of IP not belonging to them, Client is solely responsible for the use of the commissioned work. Tink/Tinkruwu does not hold responsibility for any DMCA claims made due to copyrighted characters.
[3] L2D Vtuber Model commissions may be used for profit such as monetized videos, streams, etc. Client may commission a third party for rigging as long as credit is given. If Client requests a model of IP not belonging to them, Client is solely responsible for the use of the commissioned work. Tink/Tinkruwu does not hold responsibility for any DMCA claims made due to copyrighted characters.
[4] Use on AI programs with commissioned illustrations I have created (whether work in progress, a sketch, or finished work) is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.REFUNDS
Refunds are allowed before the sketch has been sent to the client. Once the sketch has been sent, refunds are no longer allowed.COMMUNICATION
Depending on the request, please allow 1-4 weeks for updates to be issued. There may be delays in issuing updates which may be due to additional revisions/other deadlines. Rest assured, communication will be made as often as possible between Tink and the client.Last update: July 17, 2023

Republication and Translation Policy

[ Republication ] Republication includes reposting, printing, sharing to other sites. Unauthorized republication of tink/tinkruwu's works is prohibited--this includes but not limited to fanart and original work. Only the rightful copyright owners (i.e. vtubers, hoyoverse, etc.) of the works may repost without explicit authorization from tink/tinkruwu. Republication by users apart from the copyright owner/s on these sites are prohibited: tiktok, vk, facebook, twitter, wattpad. Apart from the aforementioned sites, please contact tink/tinkruwu for republication of their work.
When reposting, the general rule is to: [1] contact tinkruwu, [2] properly credit/link back to tinkruwu's original post/profile, [3] provide the link of the republished work to tinkruwu. This republication policy includes both personal and commercial use. Please be guided accordingly.[ AI/NFT ] Use of Tink's art, in any form, in A.I. generators and programs is strictly prohibited. Likewise, the use of Tink's art for NFTs and cryptocurrency is also strictly prohibited.[ Profile Pictures/Cover Photos ] The use of Tink's art for social media profile pictures and cover photo is allowed with credit back to Tink's corresponding social media where the art was originally posted.[ Translation ] Translation of tink/tinkruwu's works is allowed but for personal use only. Monetization or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited for translated works. Publication of the translation will fall under ''republication'' guidelines.[ Dubbing/Voice Acting ] Voice overs, voice acting, dubbing of tink/tinkruwu's works is allowed for personal use only. Please contact tink/tinkruwu directly before creating a voice over/voice acting/dubbing of tink/tinkruwu's works.
